Purchased 4 but received only 1

I ordered 4 bottles of Vision and they shipped 1. Would have been 5 stars if they actually responded to emails and refunded me for the other 3 or reshaped the correct amount. I had to initiate a chargeback with credit card company to get my money back. I won’t give more than 1 star to a company that won’t do much as respond to an email about missing product.
